Beyond saving you time and money, our flat-fee covers a comprehensive third-party attic inspection performed by our national partner, Axium. Their experts will evaluate your attic for proper bath fan ventilation, intake ventilation, and the condition of the OSB sheathing. They will document their findings with photos taken both inside the attic and from outside your home. You will receive a detailed report for your records. Throughout the entire project, we manage every step to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience for you.

We offer a 5-year workmanship warranty on all installations. In addition, your new roof is covered by the manufacturer’s warranties, which can range from 30 years up to a lifetime, depending on the products you choose.

Our team is typically able to complete installations within 7 to 10 days, ensuring a fast and convenient process that works around your schedule.

We use industry-leading satellite and aerial imaging technology to capture precise measurements of your roof without needing an initial on-site visit. This allows us to offer a fast and efficient virtual sales process. However, if you prefer an in-person experience, we’re happy to schedule a home visit and walk you through everything face-to-face.
