We had several contractors come out to give us an estimate on our roof project. We decided to go with The Roof Resource because we were impressed by their straight forward approach and promises of transparency. They never tried to upsell us, and in fact, worked hard to save us money where they could. The Roof Resource walked us through the process step by step, making sure we were clear on everything that needed to be done and why. They provided photos and videos from beginning to end, and even made sure we received money back on materials that were unused. They were quick to respond to my questions and concerns. Their crews were great- polite, on time, made sure all of our landscaping was protected, and cleaned up after themselves. Our roof looks fantastic. I can't say enough good things!

If you are like me getting a new roof is not something you look forward to. In researching my options for a roofer I learned about The Roof Resource. The ads and the reviews sounded too good to be true. But I am here to tell you those ads and reviews were accurate and true. My first contact was via email. Then I spoke to Cathy on the phone. The Roof Resource already had all the roof dimensions and slopes. Very impressive. And the estimate showing everything was presented right there. There was no high pressure salesman coming to my house giving me an estimate, but if I didn't like that estimate he could offer me a super deal estimate, only to be followed up by the deal I could only get if I agreed to it while he is sitting there. One of the things I really liked is that I was offered options on what brand of shingles I could choose from, and they were all the top brands, Certainteed, Owens-Corning, and GAF. I wasn't limited to the brand the roofer wanted to use. I eventually chose the Certainteed Landmark Pro Shenandoah. It took a long time to make that decision but The Roof Resource never rushed my decision. Anytime I had a question The Roof Resource was quick to answer it. Once the shingle decision was made The Roof Resource took care of handling everything, and keeping me abreast of what had been done and what to expect. The supplies arrived one day, the dumpster the next, and then the roofing job. The roof came out beautiful. We are so happy we went with The Roof Resource. And the price? The Roof Resource was $4000 less than the next lowest estimate, $10000 less than several estimates. Our final cost was actually LESS than The Roof Resource's estimate.
