Throughout his career, Andrew has led initiatives in AI integration, customer journey transformation, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), delivering improvements in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue performance.
As Vice President of Performance Optimization at Comerica Bank, he leads enterprise call center performance, analytics, and quality functions, advancing AI-driven capabilities to modernize the customer experience.
Andy Ashley was born in London, UK, and has called Michigan home for the past 29 years. He is married with two daughters currently attending university, and also Oscar their dog. With a long-standing passion for growth and new opportunities, Andrew has always been driven by an entrepreneurial mindset alongside his professional career.
